In this role, you will be utilizing your over 15 years of experience in Wealth Management processes and products, including Deposits, Investments (equities, bonds, OTC, funds), Lending, and vendor risk management. You must have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in managing global vendors. Your responsibilities will focus on managing service delivery, governance, and change-related activities on a global scale. Collaboration with Front office, Technology, and onsite vendor managers will be crucial to cover end-to-end processes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery risk and change in alignment with the business vision and strategy. - Oversee service delivery across multiple businesses, products, and contracts, including application, infrastructure, and back-office services.
