In this role at JPMorgan Chase as a Technology Support II team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. Your expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting application flows will play a vital role in supporting seamless user experience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to support business operations. - Participate in problem management to improve operational stability and availability. - Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using observability tools. - Assist in escalating and communicating issues and solutions to stakeholders. - Identify trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes for full stack technology systems. - Provide on-call coverage during weekends as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess 2+ years of experience, ideally with Data/Python applications in a production environment. - Proficiency in Python programming or scripting language. - Familiarity with containers, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and orchestration tools (Control-M). - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and provisioning infrastructure using Terraform. - Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work in a dynamic environment. The company prefers candidates with experience supporting applications on platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS EMR (Databricks preferred). It is advantageous to actively self-educate, evaluate new technology, and have knowledge of virtualization, cloud architecture, services, and automated deployments.,
