Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
