Project Role :Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will engage in creating and implementing Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and support for service management teams in issue analysis and resolution will be key aspects of your role, contributing to a seamless operational environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have sound experience in providing L3 support for Storage Management and support on EMC ( Unity,PMAX, VNX), NetApp & IBM Design and implement all storage systems (EMC ( Unity,PMAX, VNX), NetApp & IBM) including installation, configuration, software upgrades and storage provisioning.Administer Fibre Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches.Design and Configure Synchronous/Asynchronous Replication for Disaster Recovery using Remote Copy, Protection Groups and vVol replication.Plan and implement best practices for SAN solutions.Create and update documentation for storage procedures.Professional and Technical
Skills:Should have sound experience in EMC ( Unity,PMAX, VNX), NetApp & IBM, High Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Storeserv and Failover.Good to Have
Skills:QNAPGood knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols.Good Knowledge on Creation of creating host groups and adding multiple hosts to a host group. Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected.Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches.Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning.Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications.Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework.Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills.Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information:15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards.Candidate should be capable to provide L3 operations on HP3PAR storage systems and FC Switch Administration. Candidate should have more than 6 years of experience
