As a motivated Technology Solution Sales Representative, your role will involve driving enterprise sales, acquiring new clients, and managing existing relationships. You will need to leverage your strong technical knowledge, sales expertise, and ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. - Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable technology solutions. - Present and demonstrate products/services, highlighting benefits and value. - Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activities and results. In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Education: Bachelors degree in Technology or a related field. - Experience: 5-7 years in Technology Solution Sales. - Strong technical understanding of technology products and services. - Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets. Preferred Skills: - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus.
