Technology Solutions Architect

As a Technology Solutions Architect at Academian, your role is pivotal in leading the design, estimation, and strategic planning of technology-based learning solutions in the edtech industry. You will be the senior authority on technology-driven solutions within the Strategy & Solutions team, collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery to shape architecture, effort estimation, and technology implementation. Your contributions will ensure that edtech systems are both innovative and practical. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead solution development and technical writing for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals, focusing on technology-driven edtech initiatives and innovation opportunities. - Create and validate technical architectures for learning platforms, integrations, analytics systems, and AI-based applications. - Develop comprehensive solution blueprints for data platforms, interoperability frameworks, and AI-powered learning ecosystems. - Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to develop detailed effort estimates, delivery workflows, and implementation strategies. - Assess client needs and translate them into scalable, cost-efficient technology-oriented solutions. - Review solution documentation prepared by Business Analysts, providing technical validation and guidance throughout the proposal cycle. - Maintain and evolve reusable technical assets like estimation templates, solution architectures, and reference implementation patterns. - Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside Sales and Account Managers to manage technology-oriented conversations and build client confidence in Academian's solution capability. - Contribute to internal reporting, reviews, case studies, and capability-building initiatives by providing updates on solution pipeline, estimation accuracy, and technology trends. - Support internal upskilling and knowledge-sharing efforts on technology concepts, frameworks, and standards. **Qualifications:** - Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or technology consulting in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise learning platforms. - Thorough knowledge of LMS/LXP architectures, APIs, cloud services, and system integration models. - Practical experience in data architecture, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL workflows, and learning analytics pipelines. - Proficiency in effort estimation, project planning, and solution documentation. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Technical skills: Java Full Stack architect, open to working on multi-tech. - Non-technical skills: Writing Technical Proposals, RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, consulting experience, effort estimations, creating workflows/diagrams, etc. As a member of Academian's solutions leadership, you will have the opportunity to shape the technology strategy behind innovative learning solutions, influencing high-impact edtech initiatives in collaboration with international education organizations and technology partners.,
