You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements.- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions.- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- SOLVE Automation Experience Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications.- Knowledge of mainframe tools and utilities for performance analysis.- Familiarity with mainframe performance monitoring and capacity planning.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with mainframe security and compliance.- Experience with mainframe automation tools.- Knowledge of mainframe database management systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
