Technology Lead _QA Automation

Strong technical skills to develop test automation for large scale integration projects Hand-on coding experience on programming language (for example, Java, Python, Perl etc.) Experience working within an Agile/Lean environment Understanding and hands-on experience in version control systems (git) Experience in build and CI tools (Maven, Jenkins, Jenkins Pipelines) Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers across multiple locations Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Test Automation via Cucumber or Cucumber-JVM Exposure to the investment banking domain SQL Database skills (Preferably Postgres) Java Unix/Linux and Scripting REST API The Automation Developer Responsibility : Working as part of a Regression Automation delivery team, you will be responsible for coding automated test scripts Join the team to fully automate existing regression for the client integration which will cover both the core platforms (including BRMA) and other upstream and downstream systems. Scripting, maintenance, execution and enhancement of features You will also provide support, mentoring, and training to the project newer members of the team Understand the concept of designing features for the purpose of executing Internal System Integration test scenarios Understand all aspects of Regulatory Reporting Experience in issue analysis and problem solving skills Essential requirements for this position are: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both business and technology stakeholders at any level Ability to work effectively under pressure Experience of test automaton approaches and tools (e.g. Gherkin) Candidates should demonstrate both business and technical knowledge
