About the Role

Are you passionate about exploring emerging technologies and shaping the future of electrical systems? Join our CTO Office as a Technology Innovation Specialist and be at the forefront of innovation in the Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear domain.

What You’ll Do

· Scout and evaluate cutting-edge technologies in LV Switchgear.

· Test and validate new concepts for integration into products.

· Build expertise in electronics and power electronics design.

· Collaborate with academia to co-develop future-ready solutions.

· Drive innovation across existing and next-gen product lines.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

· Strong foundation in power systems, switchgear, and electronics.

· Passion for research, innovation, and continuous learning.

Bonus Points For

· Experience in R&D or technology scouting.

· Exposure to academic-industry partnerships.

· Knowledge of embedded systems or IoT in power systems.
