Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary:As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with participants to enhance their skills, and collaborating with colleagues to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment materials that accurately reflect the knowledge and skills required in the industry, ensuring that learners are well-prepared for their professional journeys. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Design and implement training programs that align with industry standards and best practices.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.

Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
