Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment materials that align with industry standards, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for certification. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology education and empower individuals to thrive in their careers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and provide feedback on training effectiveness to continuously improve course offerings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles. - Experience in developing and delivering technology-related training programs. - Ability to create engaging and informative course materials. - Familiarity with assessment design and evaluation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
