Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop relevant course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Delivery Instruction. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Content Development. - Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex information. - Ability to design and implement engaging training programs tailored to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with various instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Instruction. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
