You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the team in implementing best practices. Ensure project milestones are met. Mentor junior team members for their professional growth.- Custom Code Remediations for GTS upgrade Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.Experience in GTS Upgrade/Conversion from NW GTS 11.0 to SAP E4H 2023 edition. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Experience in stakeholder management. Knowledge of risk management practices. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
