As a Salesforce Developer in the Gurugram office, your role will involve providing top-notch services to internal stakeholders and clients, driving process efficiency and transformation, and embodying KKR's global values of teamwork and innovation. This position requires you to work from the office for 5 days a week. Your primary responsibility as a Salesforce Developer will be to utilize your expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and frameworks to develop business features and technical capabilities within KKRs Salesforce instance and related data applications that support Deal Management. You will play a key role in contributing to the digital vision, strategy, and execution plans of the enterprise, enhancing the existing Salesforce application to facilitate business growth and enhance user adoption. This will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, leadership, and engineering teams to identify, develop, and implement new business processes across various global business units. The role offers high visibility and the opportunity to drive creative product solutions for an exceptional CRM experience that will support KKR's scalability and capital raising operations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in developing enterprise software using the Salesforce platform. Your expertise should include strong knowledge and practical experience in object-oriented programming concepts, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework (Aura), SOQL, LWC (Lightning Web Components), JavaScript, HTML, data management, modeling, migrations, web services (SOAP, REST, BULK, Streaming APIs), Salesforce Mobile App, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. You should also be proficient in writing test classes, building triggers, batch classes, future methods, and have experience in process automation, security configuration, data model creation, and reports and dashboards creation. A flexible approach, keenness to learn new technologies, and strong communication skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with AppExchange products like Conga or other reporting tools, Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications.
