Description
**Role Overview:** As a Technology Consultant - Agile Delivery at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile delivery teams and contributing to Agile maturity across client organizations. Your responsibilities will also include serving as a Product Owner, maintaining a bridge between business and technology, and ensuring that Agile principles are embedded across delivery engagements and transformation projects. You will be responsible for managing Agile delivery cycles, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and advising clients and internal stakeholders on the adoption of Agile frameworks, tools, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Guide Agile teams and business stakeholders through backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization. - Collaborate closely with other product owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. - Plan and coordinate Quality Assurance activities, including test strategy, test planning, test case definition, and UAT coordination. - Monitor test execution and defect resolution processes, providing updates and quality reports to stakeholders. - Support Agile planning, estimation, and forecasting of delivery timelines and resource requirements. - Coach client teams and internal stakeholders in Agile frameworks and practices. - Utilize Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage projects and track progress. - Stay current with trends in Agile delivery and technology to guide clients through evolving best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery environments. - Practical experience managing Agile product backlogs and facilitating delivery pipelines. - Proven experience in quality assurance and test management roles within Agile projects. - Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP are desirable. - ISTQB or equivalent test management certification is considered an asset. - Fluent command of English (spoken and written). **Additional Details:** EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
