Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in technology delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with on-premise solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Hands-on experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
