Technologist - PTA

The responsibilities for this position include monitoring processes and quality in technology plants, identifying deviations, conducting root cause analysis, proposing corrective actions, tracking process improvement, identifying opportunities for profit and product quality enhancement, performing process design calculations, developing process design packages, participating in plant trials and audits, supporting capital projects, participating in HAZOP of new projects, and contributing to technology network. The ideal candidate should have a BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute with 4 years of experience, including 2 years in plant Operations / CTS. Required skills and competencies include analytical ability for problem-solving, programming exposure, knowledge of chemical engineering and process technology, ability to plan and discuss results under the guidance of senior colleagues, process design calculations, simulation skills, Six Sigma proficiency, good communication skills, leadership qualities, and result orientation.,
