As a Datacom L3 Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and leading the development of L3 features and datacom protocols. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust implementation, technical leadership, and agile delivery. In this role, you will:

Design and contribute to L3/datacom feature architecture and implementation.

Lead design and review processes for datacom protocol features.

Provide technical leadership and manage teams for successful project delivery.

Work on Linux Kernel Forwarding and Netconf-based projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

Support project planning and execution as Scrum Master or Project Manager.

Your Profile

Strong design knowledge for L3/datacom features.

Good understanding of datacom protocol standards.

Very strong in C programming.

Working knowledge of protocolsISIS, BGP, BFD, MPLS.

Experience with Linux Kernel Forwarding.

Project experience with Netconf.

Experience in managing teams technically.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Scrum Master or Project Management experience is an added advantage.

The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
