Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Manager to lead and oversee AI-driven projects across multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI/ML technologies, functional knowledge of business processes, and strong project management skills.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience6+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 2 years managing AI/ML or advanced analytics projects.Strong experience in techno-functional roles, working at the intersection of technology and business.Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects in real-world scenarios.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of Python, AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.Solid understanding of Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering) .Good understanding of Agentic AI solutions and CrewAI frameworks for orchestrating autonomous agents.Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.Strong grasp of business process mapping, requirement analysis, and functional design.Functional & Managerial SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to balance technical feasibility with business objectives.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).
