Techno-Functional Consultant - Fresher

Role Overview: You will be responsible for mapping the business process and requirements of customers into ERP, CRM, and other software. Your role will involve planning, analysis, designing, and implementation of IT solutions such as ERP and CRM. You will collaborate with the client-side team to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and create systems models for application developers. Additionally, you will be involved in creating implementation plans, coordinating tests, and providing end-user training and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: - Map business process and requirements into ERP, CRM, and other software - Collaborate with client-side team to define business requirements - Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and solutions - Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts - Design solutions based on client's business requirements - Develop implementation plans and schedules - Coordinate tests and end-user reviews for modified and new systems - Provide end-user training and post-implementation helpdesk support - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP, CRM, and other business applications Qualifications Required: - Fresher with Btech/MBA (preferably IT) - Strong task prioritization skills - Excellent documentation skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation, analytical, and time management skills - Hardworking and target-driven - Knowledge of ERP processes like sales, purchase, and finance - Willingness to commit to the company for 1.5 years Additional Details: The company offers a mentorship program to impart training on various business applications like ERP, CRM, and HRMS. You will undergo 3 months of on-the-job training on live client projects with a stipend of Rs 6000 per month. Upon completion of training, your salary may vary between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month based on performance.
