This role is 50% Technical and 50% Functional. We need candidates having 50% Functional experience and 50% Technical experience in Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Customization:

Configuring and customizing Business Central modules to align with business requirements.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Data Migration & Management:

Migrating data from legacy systems into Business Central and ensuring data quality.

• Troubleshooting & Support:

Identifying and resolving issues related to Business Central functionality and performance.

• Training & Documentation:

Providing training to users on Business Central functionalities and creating supporting documentation.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

Conducting thorough testing of Business Central configurations and customizations.

• End-to-End Implementation:

Managing the entire implementation lifecycle of Business Central, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.

• Technical Development:

Developing custom solutions using AL (Application Language) or C/AL (Client Application Language) if needed.

• Report Development:

Creating and modifying reports using RDLC (Report Definition Language Client) or other reporting tools.

• Integration with Other Systems:

Integrating Business Central with other systems through APIs or other integration methods.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Functional Knowledge:

  Deep understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse management.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in AL, C/AL, RDLC, and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

• Project Management:

  Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results on time.

• ERP Knowledge:

  Familiarity with ERP concepts and business processes.

• Business Central Specific:

  Experience with full life cycle implementations of Business Central.
