Techno-Functional Business Analyst - ServiceNow Platform

You are a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, along with a basic understanding of Quality Assurance. Your role involves gathering and validating business/technology requirements to establish scope, parameters, and project impact. You possess a strong technical foundation and comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities include translating conceptual user requirements into functional specifications that are easily understandable by developers and the project team. You are adept at interpreting user requirements, identifying feasible options, and effectively communicating them to business stakeholders. Throughout the project lifecycle, you manage and track the status of requirements, making necessary adjustments when required. As a Techno-Functional BA, you play a crucial role in communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. You are responsible for planning user acceptance testing (UAT) and conducting hands-on testing on the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, you have experience in developing and implementing solutions on ServiceNow, particularly in modules such as Incidents, Changes, Problems, Agent Chat, and CSM. Your expertise includes a solid understanding of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and holding the certification of a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. In addition to your core responsibilities, you are expected to perform any other duties as assigned to support the successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.,
