Job Description

SR. MANAGER/ MANAGER TECHNO COMMERCIAL MANAGER (MUMBAI-RO) 1. Responsible for Implementation & Monitoring of Zero Budget, Rolling Budget, Achievement Budget, Cash flow management across project sites in the Mumbai region. 2. Evaluating Budget Cost Control & its variations from the budget. 3. Ensure financial budget (project budget as well as annual budget). 4. Ensure the implementation of projects set up in SAP. 5. Perform a detailed margin analysis on projects for management review. 6. Ensure periodical MIS and Reports are prepared in prescribed format to update all concerned authorities on the matter. 7. Evaluation of profit and loss with respect to Budgets. 8. Project Management and Cost Controls to ensure the project is completed within time & Cost. 9. To ensure that the Construction Schedule & Resources requirements (overall, annual and updates) are aligned in consultation with the project team and to ensure that all concerned are aware of plans. 10. To analyze the gaps between the planned vs. actual and highlights the areas requiring attention and action from the project team. 11. Co-ordination with HO & Cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of the project. 12. Maintain a risk assessment statement to anticipate potential occurrences and take corrective actions 13. Any other official tasks assigned by senior management in the interest of the organization 14. Software proficiency • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Database). AutoCAD. • Project Planning tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera. SAP.
