Job Title: Technician Location: Thrissur Company: Revensa Enterprises Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 years Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by phone, identifying issues, and providing effective technical support — primarily related to solar lighting products. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers regarding technical issues. * Diagnose and resolve problems related to solar lights and other related products. * Guide customers through basic troubleshooting procedures over the phone. * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technicians or relevant departments. * Maintain accurate records of customer calls, issues, and solutions. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. Requirements: * Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. * Good understanding of solar lights and their components (e.g., solar panels, batteries, motion sensors, controllers). * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn quickly. * Ability to work independently and within a team. * Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer support or technical roles. * Hands-on knowledge or training in solar lighting systems or electronics is an advantage.
