Technician Production -Robotic Paint shop

• CTC:

  INR 500,000 to INR 550,000 INR.

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 +Yrs

• Qualification:

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate, preferred.

• Reporting to :

  Team Leader

• Roles & Responsibility

• Paint production management for shift operations
• Manage paint progress to achieve daily production plan
• Reduce process defect and keep quality level
• Control the robot error in the shift & reduce defects . Ensure the FTT
• Manpower control for shift operations
• Arrange manpower to each process based on attendance condition
• Control and monitor operator attendance
• Control work time based on factory operation time
• Machine and paint booth control for shift
• Maintain machine and paint booth in good condition
• Conduct trouble shooting if required
• Hands on experience to manage the robot paint shop individually during shift
• Knowledge in Plastic parts painting through robot & manual
• Co-ordination with Injection & Assy team to ensure smooth operation
• Knowledge in Screen Printing
• Basic knowledge in Paint shop Maintenance
• Material control for shift operations
• Coordinate material for shift properly
• Control defect material properly
• Process control for 2nd shift
• Monitor operator’s work and train them if the work is not proper
• Arrange repair if defects happen
• Analyze defect and reduce defect ratio
• Communicate with next shift leaders
• Have a good communication with leaders
• Give a feedback of shift result to leaders
• Quality control for the shift
• Look around the process and check the quality
• Record the defect and report to leaders
• Dedication to achieve the Quality. Theme " I do I check"
• 5S
• Maintain 5S condition for the shift
