To strengthen our service network, we are looking for skilled Technicians / Maintenance Technicians to ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of our vending machines across multiple locations.

Role Overview
As a Technician / Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring vending machine readiness at client locations, attending to service tickets, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves hands-on work with vending machines, compressors, and ensuring operational efficiency for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of vending machines at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries as per service tickets received.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure machine readiness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of compressor operations and basic refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with the service team for escalations and timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and client satisfaction during site visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in field servicing/maintenance (Fresher ITI candidates can also apply).
• Hands-on knowledge of compressors, refrigeration, or vending machines preferred.
• Ability to work independently and attend client sites on field.
• Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel locally as required.
