Description
As a Technician, your primary responsibility will be managing the Research and Development lab. This will involve maintaining all tools, instruments, and equipment, ensuring compliance, and performing timely preventive maintenance measures. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining all Robotic systems for the R&D department. Your duties will include: - Scheduling, designing, and performing unique experiments as requested - Evaluating and confirming test data accuracy - Generating formal verbal and/or written reports on the findings for the appropriate personnel - Extracting and processing data/findings into formal written and verbal reports compliant with FDA requirements - Experience in tool release - Electro-mechanical background with the ability to innovate, design, and assemble test fixtures - Demonstrating the ability to work in a dynamic team environment, think creatively, and solve complex problems In terms of General Responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Collaborate with various departments such as R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management to ensure project success - Learn and adhere to procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology - Work on problems within a limited scope to gain valuable experience - Demonstrate ownership and integrity in your work - Build and maintain stable relationships Preferred Technical Skills and Engineering tools include: - Problem-solving techniques - Understanding of EHS requirements - Electrical and mechanical assembly troubleshooting - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and basic computer knowledge - Experience in Validation and Verification processes Education Qualifications required for this position are: - Engineering graduate or Diploma in BE/B Tech Bio medical, Medical electronics, EEE, or Machine Designing As a Technician, your primary responsibility will be managing the Research and Development lab.
