Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our service team in Malappuram district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of hygiene products at client locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain hygiene equipment (e.g., air fresheners, Tissue Dispensers, soap dispensers, etc.) at customer premises.
• Conduct routine maintenance visits and respond promptly to service calls or complaints.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely as per company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit reports daily.
• Educate customers on product usage and hygiene best practices when necessary.
• Handle tools, spare parts, and Company Products (if assigned) responsibly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and hygiene standards during service.
• Build good rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and positive feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic instruments.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
• Freshers with the right attitude and learning ability will be considered.
