As an Electrical Technician at our company in Navi Mumbai, your role is crucial in supporting the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in drone assemblies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform precise wiring and electrical assembly of drone components, including motors, sensors, controllers, and batteries. - Interpret and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. - Connect and integrate electrical systems with mechanical and electronic components of the drone. - Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and adherence to safety standards. - Conduct tests on electrical systems to verify functionality and identify potential issues. - Diagnose and resolve problems related to electrical wiring, connections, or components. - Inspect and verify the quality of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. - Maintain accurate records of completed work and test results. - Perform routine maintenance on electrical components of drones. - Assist in implementing upgrades and modifications to improve performance. - Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure a smooth workflow. - Provide detailed reports on completed tasks, issues encountered, and suggested improvements. Qualification Required: - Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings. - Skilled in using tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes. - Familiarity with low-voltage DC systems and battery-powered devices. - Knowledge of UAV components, such as flight controllers, ESCs, and GPS modules, is advantageous.
