Technician cum Store Incharge

Role Overview: As an ELV Technician cum Store Incharge, your main responsibility will be to install and maintain low voltage systems in Kerala. You will work under the MEP department and report to the Site Engineer/Foreman/Supervisor. Your tasks will involve installing cable pathway systems, electronic components, and various cables, as well as performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on telecommunication, IT equipment, and low voltage systems. Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical malfunctions and maintain accurate maintenance records. Key Responsibilities: - Install and maintain low voltage systems including CCTV, fire alarm, BMS, intercom, PA system, structured cabling, automation, and access control systems - Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations on telecommunication, IT equipment, and electronics - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical malfunctions - Conduct functional tests and maintain accurate maintenance records - Assess required resources for maintenance tasks and report job progress and issues to the Team Leader - Follow health and safety policies and practices - Work in tight confined areas, carry heavy loads, climb ladders, and maintain a safety-conscious work environment - Manage store tasks such as ensuring stock availability, updating reports, maintaining inventory, organizing the stock room, and performing clerical duties Qualifications Required: - Diploma in a relevant field - At least 1 year of experience as an ICT/ELV Technician Additional Details: As part of the permanent job type, you will benefit from cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
