Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving, decontaminating, and packing.
Packing syringes, instruments, and special trays.
Maintaining cleanliness of the department and dusting the issuing and sterilization areas.
Sterilization and validation.
Storing and distributing sterile items to user areas.
Batch monitoring.
Preparing various dressing materials.
Cleaning the department as per protocol.
Maintaining equipment.
Maintaining records.
Providing sterile instruments and other sterile items used in patient care.
Maintaining records of the effectiveness of procedures used in disinfection and sterilization.
Being aware of NABH standards.
