Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to perform technical tasks, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and support in operations. The Technician will play a vital role in ensuring equipment, systems, or processes function effectively, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and service goals. Respond to service requests or breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification preferred. 13 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (depending on role). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or manuals. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs]. Comfortable working in industrial or field environments (e.g., noise, heat, confined spaces). Standing, walking, bending, and using hands/tools for extended periods. Preferred candidate profile
