Technical Writer

Job Description: As a Technical Writer at Zoho, you will be a key member of the User Education team, contributing to enhancing the user experience and educating users about the product. Working in collaboration with developers and designers, your role will entail creating in-app content and help resources to facilitate user understanding and product usage. You will be responsible for creating various help resources, including help documents, FAQs, and related materials. Additionally, you will work on providing in-app content to enhance user guidance within the product. Your contributions will also extend to developing video scripts and voice-overs for instructional videos. Engaging with the customer community through product announcements and forum posts will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in drafting and publishing blogs to communicate new feature releases effectively.
