Technical Writer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating content to convey complex, technical information to users using various techniques such as writing and illustrations in line with client requirements and quality standards. Your main tasks will include preparing new technical content or updating existing content for clients. This will involve collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to understand client requirements and product documentation needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying the appropriate authoring tools, conducting research, designing, illustrating, writing, revising, and editing high-quality print documentations and manuals for end users of the clients. It is vital to adhere to project tasks, including checklists, and manage version control as per the quality framework.
