You should have proven experience in technical documentation with a minimum of 1 to 3 years in a related role. Proficiency in creating user manuals, technical guides, and other forms of documentation is essential. Strong research skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation. Familiarity with version control systems is necessary to efficiently manage document revisions and updates. An understanding of information architecture principles will help you organize content logically and intuitively. Experience with API documentation is important to communicate technical specifications and usage guidelines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, with a focus on clarity and simplicity. You should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to gather essential information.
