Role & responsibilities Note : Looking for Immediate to 30 days joiners. Location : Bangalore - Whitefield Mode : 2 day WFO Hybrid Tools/Skills : Technical writer , DITA tool, any Cloud, Social media versions, Vlogs, Preferred candidate profile : Proven expertise in REST API docs, developer portals, product and platform documentation, with a strong command of tools Documentation Frameworks: Markdown, DITA, XML, YAML, JSON, Readme, GitBook. • DocOps & CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD • API Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Redoc, Stoplight. • Editors & IDEs: Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Oxygen XML Editor. • CMS & Publishing: AEM, Ixiasoft, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Zendesk Guide, Docusaurus. • Collaboration & Agile Tools: Jira, Agile, Height. • Design & Diagramming: MS Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. • Programming Languages & Scripting: Basics of Python and SQL. • Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure: AWS. • Analytics & User Feedback: Readme Analytics, Hotjar
