Technical Writer

Role Overview: As a Product Documentation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to create product documentation for various audience groups, including system administrators, application developers, and users. You will collaborate closely with fellow writers to ensure that the documentation is clear, complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with editing both online and printed materials for different audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Create product documentation for different audience groups - Collaborate with other writers to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy in documentation - Edit online and printed documentation for various audiences - Utilize industry standard authoring tools like Adobe Robohelp, Framemaker, and Microsoft Word - Demonstrate a strong understanding of English grammar, style, and writing standards - Familiarity with HTML and XML basics is considered a plus - Stay abreast of technology trends and demonstrate comfort working with technology - Comprehend software products and their relevance to business processes - Possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, self-motivated, and flexible - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to meet deadlines Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-5 years - Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Graduate in Science with excellent English language skills and technical aptitude Additional Details: The company is looking for a Product Documentation Specialist with a strong foundation in technical writing and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
