We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. In addition to developing high-quality written content, this role will also support the implementation and utilization of learning technologies to enhance internal and end-user training initiatives. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including: User manuals API documentation Installation guides Release notes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts and product managers, to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into accessible content. Ensure all documentation meets company standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Continuously review and update documentation based on user feedback and product evolution. Manage multiple documentation projects concurrently, meeting all deadlines and quality expectations. Conduct content audits and perform regular edits to ensure clarity and completeness. Must have Criteria 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, documentation development, or technical training content creation. Experience managing end-to-end projects from planning to execution. Experience producing online, searchable documentation preferred. Good to Have Criteria Experience in BFSI, Treasury, Trade Finance Experience with tools like GitHub
