Roles and Responsibilities: Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with software development and product management teams to understand Product requirements Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation Skills Required: Good to have exposure to programming or Application Development Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for technical products like Spring, Java, Angular, and Bootstrap, ensuring ease of use for developers and end-users Develop training materials, tutorials, and guides to effectively educate users on technical topics and product features 4+ years of experience as an effective technical writer Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter Experience in writing Software product documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Good to have exposure to Programming or Application Development using Java Ability to handle multiple products simultaneously Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline from humanities, sciences/engineering Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Humanities / communications, or relevant technical field
