Technical Trainer - SDET (Java, Python)

As an experienced and passionate SDET Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs for aspiring Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET). Your expertise in Java programming, software testing methodologies, and full-stack development will be crucial in mentoring and inspiring learners. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on training sessions on various topics such as Core Java, Advanced Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Advanced Java concepts. You will also provide in-depth training on web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) and back-end development (Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs). In addition, you will cover key SDET topics including automation testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit), API testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and debugging techniques. You will design and adapt the curriculum to suit batch-specific needs, mentor participants in solving coding problems, and evaluate learners" progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects. Furthermore, you will share insights and experiences on industry trends, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and best practices for test automation and DevOps. Your strong communication, presentation skills, and mentoring abilities will be essential in providing constructive feedback to help participants improve and achieve their learning goals. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Python, Java development, and full-stack technologies, hands-on experience in software testing and automation tools, proficiency in Advanced Python, Java, JavaScript, Angular/React, Spring, Hibernate, Selenium, and RESTful APIs. A strong understanding of OOPs principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker), version control systems (Git), and excellent problem-solving abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in delivering training programs or workshops and certification in Java, Python, Full Stack Development, or related fields. This role is remote (Work from Home) with the flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements and training sessions.
