Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

·      Proficient in Technical Training skills.

·      Training & Development and Training skills

·      Strong communication skills.

·      Good Experience in creating training materials.

·      Ability to assess training effectiveness.

·      Knowledge of instructional design principles.

·      Ability to assess training needs and customize training content.

·      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)

·      Certifications in Technical IT Training or related fields are a plus.
