Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer with a background in Engineering, you will be an integral part of our team based in Gurgaon, Haryana. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on engineering concepts, tools, and techniques. Your primary focus will be to create engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning for our clients at their On Site location. Your role will require collaborating with internal teams to customize training programs based on organizational needs. Additionally, you will assist in the development of training schedules, curriculum, and training materials to ensure the effective delivery of the training sessions virtually, catering to various learning styles. To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) along with proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role within the engineering field. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical information effectively. Proficiency in using various training methodologies and tools will be advantageous.
