Job Description

As a Technical Team Manager at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in developing our corporate Building Management System (BMS) platform. Collaborating with Product Management and R&D teams, both locally and globally, you will lead the software development for the next generation of our BMS platform. Your responsibilities include managing resources, driving software development in an agile environment, mentoring high-performance teams, and supporting the project organization to deliver roadmaps on time. You will also be involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of hands-on software management experience and at least 5 years of experience with intelligent Building Management Systems. Proficiency in various design and architectural patterns, Test Driven Development, continuous integration, and agile software best practices is essential. The ability to drive technical decisions across teams, excellent organizational skills, technical leadership, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering are required. Moreover, good verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
