1. Handling and delivering projects from conceptualization, visualisation to technology mapping and

final execution of projects.
2. Hands-on expertise and experience in JavaScript technologies like Node (Express, Sails, Koa), React, Angular, Vue and Typescript ,Experience in PHP frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, Yii & CakePHP
3. Handling Project scope and change requests (CR).
4. Interacting with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules

within the project.
5. Guiding the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with

them to finalise the DB schema.
6. Planning and allocating work to the team and setting its priorities.
7. Establishing ways for team members to complete their tasks within the allocated time frame.
8. Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress.
9. Providing technical guidance\/support to the team.
10. Modifying and troubleshooting applications and programs during the development phase.
11. Liaison with the project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones

(risk\/quality\/time).
12. Work hands-on in Critical situations to ensure schedule delivery.
13. Establishing good communication channels between the team and other departments.
14. Contribute to resource allocation for projects.
15. Provide estimation for Projects as and when required.
16. Prepare Time Sheets of the team.
17. Contribute to Identifying project risks and share such information with stakeholders.
