Technical Support Voice (Microsoft EPS Active Directory - Hardware and Networking)
Location:

Pune (Work From Office), Aundh

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support through voice process for Microsoft EPS Active Directory.
  • Handle issues related to hardware and networking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with DNS, DHCP, O365, and Active Directory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year technical experience.
  • Good experience and knowledge of DNS, DHCP, O365, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
