Technical Support Voice Associate

Job Description:
Join our dynamic Technical Support Voice team for a US-based telecom project. Provide support for internet, broadband, and basic networking issues through inbound voice support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical queries on internet connectivity, routers, LAN/WAN, etc.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for broadband & telecom services.
• Guide customers through technical resolutions clearly and patiently.
• Accurately log technical issues and solutions.
• Meet performance & quality metrics.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Experience:
• U1: 1+ year in International BPO - Technical/Customer Service.
• U2: 18+ months in International BPO - Semi-tech / Tech Support role.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (internet, LAN, WAN).
• Customer-focused problem solver.
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
