Job Description

As a Technical Support representative at 3G HR Services for Voice & Non Voice processes, your main responsibilities will include: - Providing top-notch Technical support to customers over the Phone. - Conducting research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and offering solutions to resolve customer issues. - Adhering to standard operating procedures and escalating complex issues to internal teams for prompt resolution. - Documenting solutions in the form of a knowledge base, Tech notes, and Articles to contribute to building a robust knowledge repository for future reference. - Recording all troubleshooting activities conducted during the call. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Undergraduate or Graduate degree. - 0-1+ years of relevant experience. Please note that this is a Night shift process with a rotational shift pattern of 3*3, where Cab Facility will be available for transportation both ways. The work location is at Uppal, and the job type is Full-time. Interviews will be conducted in person at the office premises.,
