Job Description

In the role of Technical Lead in Production Support & Integration (PSI) team at Delhivery, you will work collaboratively with various teams including Clients, business development, engineering, design, and customer service to enhance Delhivery's transportation services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting initial investigations on client issues, data requests, and JIRA support issues. - Managing and updating scripts according to daily processes. - Generating reports based on client requests. - Providing direct support to clients via calls and emails, offering resolutions and guidance. - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring issues and automating manual tasks. - Coordinating system and software releases with the development team and managing implementation or risk assessment gaps. - Troubleshooting performance areas and proposing effective solutions for immediate and long-term resolutions. - Collaborating with all levels of operations to ensure smooth functioning. - Applying knowledge of Agile Methodology and adhering to sprint cycles for reporting requests. - Being a team player and focusing on creating long-term value. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python, Django, AWS Lambda, Kinesis/Kafka Stream. - Documentation skills on platforms like G-Doc/confluence are desirable. - Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms. - Ability to identify performance issues and provide effective solutions for immediate and long-term resolutions.,
