Technical Support Knowledge Base Engineer

As a Technical Support Knowledge Base Engineer at Robro Systems, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a centralized repository of product knowledge. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of experience in technical documentation, support engineering, or knowledge management. - Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to comprehend and document hardware/software integration, sensors, and machine vision systems.
