Job Description

The technical support job involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues faced by customers, including hardware, software, and network problems. You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware, software, and applications for users. Additionally, providing support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person is a key aspect of this role. You will also participate in developing and delivering technical training to assist customers in utilizing new technology effectively. This is a full-time job suitable for freshers.
